Our founder, Lucy González, always knew she wanted to be part of the magic of Disney. That dream led her to join the Disney College Program at EPCOT, where she experienced firsthand the world-renowned service, attention to detail, and unforgettable guest experiences that Disney is known for.After graduating, she returned to Orlando to pursue a Hospitality Management Program at the University of Central Florida (UCF) while working at Magic Kingdom. Those years not only strengthened her passion for hospitality and tourism but also shaped the philosophy that continues to guide In The Sky Trips today: every vacation should be seamless, personalized, and filled with unforgettable memories.Inspired by those experiences, she became a specialized travel advisor, helping families, couples, and travelers plan magical vacations to Disney destinations, Universal Parks, cruises, and other incredible destinations around the world.In 2024, that passion evolved into something even bigger with the launch of In The Sky Trips.Today, we are proud to be a team of more than 50 highly trained travel advisors who share the same commitment to excellence.
